Order Processing
All items are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Zafire Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zafire Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Preference-based reasons
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a replacement, we require:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging (if applicable)
• Order number
Once approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for verified defective or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
